Requirements

  • 10+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in the digital health or healthcare technology industry
  • Proven track record of successful go-to-market strategies and product launches
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation building skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience working with sales teams and creating effective sales enablement materials
  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative mindset and the ability to influence cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies that align with overall business goals and market needs
  • Conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, translating insights into actionable marketing plans
  • Define and articulate clear product value propositions and messaging that resonate with target audiences
  • Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and effective communication across the organization
  • Create impactful sales tools and training materials to empower the sales team with the knowledge and resources they need to succeed
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to gather feedback, understand their experiences, and incorporate insights into product development and marketing strategies
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and clinical operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives
