Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in QA, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in both manual and automated testing
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), test automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in QA tools and technologies such as Selenium, JMeter, Postman, etc
• Experience with programming/scripting languages (C#/Java, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• A proactive, results-oriented approach with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing QA team
• Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Product Management, and Operations, to ensure alignment on quality objectives
• Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, roadmaps, processes, and best practices
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality and performance
• Drive the adoption of modern testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks
• Oversee the execution of both manual and automated tests to ensure product quality
• Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks and test suites
• Ensure thorough testing of products, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA team
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in QA and testing technologies
• Drive initiatives to modernize testing efforts, including the adoption of CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and other relevant technologies
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring timely resolution of issues
• Prepare and present reports on QA activities, quality metrics, and project status to stakeholders
