Director of Strategic Partnerships

Join insightsoftware as the Director of Strategic Partnerships, Sales, Data & Analytics! This pivotal role involves building and managing the company's partner program for Logi's embedded analytics solution. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding partners, driving incremental bookings through various partnership models. Reporting to the DVP, you'll be a key member of a global alliance and partnership organization. This is a remote position requiring significant experience in strategic partnership management, sales, and the data & analytics industry. Success in this role demands a proven track record of building and nurturing partner relationships, driving revenue growth, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic partnership management, including a demonstrated track record of recruiting successful partners to investing in building and nurturing relationships in industries relevant to our business
• Proven expertise in sales and business development, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in driving revenue growth through partner-driven channels
• Expertise in BI, Analytics and Data management space and experience with vendors like AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, Cloudera, Power BI, Tableau, etc
• 5+ years of data & analytics technology sales experience to mid-size companies and enterprises
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate thoughts
• Demonstrated strength in negotiation, financial, and analytical skills
• Critical thinker who is driven to be successful

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the partner program from the ground up
• Identify and recruit prospective partners
• Take partners to production by driving incremental bookings through reseller, referral, and technology partnerships
• Manage both indirect partner motions and strategic alliances
