Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles, with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level position
  • Proven experience developing and executing talent acquisition strategies at scale
  • Strong understanding of recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms
  • Exceptional leadership, team-building, and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team
  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future staffing needs
  • Align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals, values, and business priorities
  • Partner with senior leadership to understand workforce requirements and deliver strategic hiring solutions
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
  • Establish and maintain robust recruitment pipelines for critical positions
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and implement data-driven improvements to increase hiring efficiency and quality
  • Drive innovative recruitment campaigns to attract diverse talent pools
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies
  • Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection
  • Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources
  • Enhance the company's employer brand through proactive messaging and storytelling across various platforms
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Manage and develop recruitment marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract top talent
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process
  • Implement strategies to ensure the company attracts a diverse candidate pool
  • Monitor and track diversity-related recruitment metrics and adjust strategies as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Develop and maintain accurate reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and trends for leadership
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to keep the talent acquisition strategy competitive
