Join Chomps, a rapidly growing snack brand, as the Interim Director, Partnerships & Influencer for a 6-month contract covering maternity leave. This leadership role requires driving awareness and growth through influencer and partnership programs. You will lead a team of 2-3, manage external agencies, and oversee the execution of end-to-end programs. The ideal candidate possesses 7-10+ years of experience in influencer or partnership marketing, ideally with CPG and startup experience, and a passion for health and wellness. This remote, full-time position offers a competitive salary ($165,000-$175,000 annually, pro-rated for 6 months) and various perks. The role reports to the Senior Brand Director and requires strong strategic thinking, execution, and communication skills.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnership marketing, or brand marketing—ideally with a mix of CPG and startup/high-growth brand experience
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing high-performing teams
- Strong strategic thinking balanced with hands-on execution and creative problem-solving
- Passion for health, wellness, and food, and deep understanding of the cultural landscape around social media, partnerships, and brand storytelling
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate, inspire, and collaborate across internal and external partners
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Highly analytical with experience using metrics and data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree required
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 2-3 across influencer, partnerships, and social functions, ensuring clarity, collaboration, and high performance
- Help build and maintain strategic plans aligned to brand objectives, guiding the team through execution with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
- Provide consistent leadership coverage and continuity across both departments during the leave period
- Own the overall influencer strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms, driving programs that support brand priorities and business goals
- Oversee execution of full-funnel influencer campaigns that support retail, eCommerce, and brand moments
- Lead agency relationships, vet and negotiate paid partnerships, and approve content across all channels
- Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness and optimize KPIs including reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI
- Oversee and execute our partnership marketing strategy, including brand collabs, content creator activations, ambassadors, and community-driven initiatives
- Identify and foster relationships with partners that align with our brand ethos, expanding Chomps’ presence across new audiences
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate partnerships into the broader marketing calendar
- Leverage cultural insights, consumer trends, and data to identify partnership/content opportunities that create buzz and deliver business impact
- Oversee social framework and community management tactics with internal and external partners
