Summary
Join CLEAR as the Director, PreCheck and lead the expansion and performance of their TSA PreCheck enrollment locations outside of airports. You will be responsible for developing a strategic roadmap for distribution and expansion, including sourcing new partnerships and managing existing ones. This role requires strong strategic thinking, organizational, and relationship management skills. Success will be measured by the growth and profitability of the out-of-airport network, expansion of the partner portfolio, and increased enrollment capacity. Requirements
- Experience in cultivating and managing strategic partnerships
- Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and maximizing opportunities within a partner ecosystem
- Excellent project management, communication, and executive presence, with the ability to drive complex projects forward with a multitude of internal/external stakeholders and strong attention to detail
- Strong structured, strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute against a thoughtful growth roadmap over a 12-18 month horizon
- Strategic sense and skills to see the big picture, but are also tactical enough to execute, own and operationalize deals on a day-to-day basis – a willingness to roll up your sleeves and take on tasks both big and small
Responsibilities
- Lead large strategic partner engagements with existing distribution partners by fostering external relationships and driving alignment across stakeholders, including ongoing partner management, routine business reviews, and evaluation of expansion/optimization opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to identify and execute opportunities that drive partnership performance and business outcomes
- Develop a distribution growth strategy with a long-term horizon (12-18 months), including business ownership of CLEAR’s permanent and temporary out-of-airport enrollment footprint
- Pursue new distribution opportunities and own full execution of partnerships from top-to-bottom of the funnel, including sourcing, analysis and negotiation of commercial terms, contracting, and launch
- Generate wholesale enrollments through retail and corporate channels
