Summary

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management with 6+ years in a people-management role leading product-managers, preferably in B2C or marketplace companies
  • Significant experience building 0>1 consumer or marketplace products, and scaling them
  • Experience defining and driving a GTM strategy in collaboration with marketing and/or sales. Monetization experience preferred
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience partnering with and influencing cross-functional teams across the product development and go-to-market life cycle

Responsibilities

  • Craft the Strategy: Define a clear product vision, strategy and goals for the business verticals and articulate how they align with our company’s business goals. Set a roadmap that takes buy, build and partner avenues into consideration
  • Own the business outcomes in collaboration with GTM leaders: including but not limited to driving adoption, engagement and monetization through new businesses
  • Exceptional Execution: Drive the end-to-end execution process to deliver good outcomes for the customer and the business. Partner with engineering, design, partnerships and marketing teams to seek out avenues to test, learn and iterate quickly
  • Lead, mentor and inspire a dedicated team of product managers. Cultivate a culture of innovation, customer centricity and collaboration within the organization. Invest in upleveling product craft
  • Data Driven: Champion a customer centric, data driven and market aware approach to actively seek out and implement research and data
  • Scale: Define the processes that enable new businesses to align with other areas without losing momentum
