Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a senior leader of Finance, Sales Operations/Strategy, or similar role
  • Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business or related field
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting
  • Deep understanding of financial planning and analysis processes, strong analytical skills, and sound business judgment
  • Strong combination of technical and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Experience with TM1 / Cognos and LN a plus

Responsibilities

  • Utilize CRM and other systems to manage customer and activity data
  • Develop data-driven Sales execution process, monitoring methodologies to analyze sales metrics, and provide insights and supporting decision-making
  • Engage with Sales team to highlight areas for improvement, develop actionable deal-based recommendations, and serve as key point of contact for FP&A on developing both short term and long term sales forecasts
  • Partner with CRO and regional sales leaders to implement process and strategy improvements to achieve optimized financial outcomes
  • Direct research efforts to understand market conditions and competitors
  • Perform economic research and studies in areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements
  • Prepare timely and detailed reporting on Sales performance with executive level insights to inform business strategy
  • Identify trends and make recommendations for improvements to our forecasts and processes
  • Closely manage and monitor all cost drivers and advise on incremental commitments towards budgeted spending
