Join Experian Partner Solutions as a Director, Technical Program Delivery to lead and manage the delivery of technical programs and projects. You will develop and implement program strategies, oversee technical aspects of program management, collaborate with various teams, provide technical guidance and mentorship, monitor program performance, address potential risks, and inspire creativity and process improvements. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, including experience leading large-scale technical programs and managing a team of Technical Project Managers. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a related role, with a background in Project management, Software Development or Engineering
• Experience leading and delivering large-scale technical programs
• PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications
• Ability to partner with Finance to develop, track, and align program spending to budget
• Previous leadership experience managing a team of Technical Project Managers
• Experience using Confluence, Asana, Jira, Figma, Lucid, and Miro

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of technical programs and projects
• Develop and implement program strategies, ensuring agreement on organizational goals
• Oversee all technical aspects of program management, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance
• Collaborate with teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to ensure seamless program delivery
• Work "across the aisle" to align dependencies with other teams to support the success of the program deliverables
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of learning and improvement
• Monitor program performance and metrics, ensuring timely communication with partners
• Find and address potential risks, and develop solutions to address challenges
• Inspire creativity and process improvements to enhance program effectiveness
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, ensuring we remain at the forefront of technological advancements
