Join Experian Partner Solutions as a Director, Technical Program Delivery to lead and manage the delivery of technical programs and projects. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a related role, with a background in Project management, Software Development or Engineering
- Experience leading and delivering large-scale technical programs
- PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications
- Ability to partner with Finance to develop, track, and align program spending to budget
- Previous leadership experience managing a team of Technical Project Managers
- Experience using Confluence, Asana, Jira, Figma, Lucid, and Miro
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of technical programs and projects
- Develop and implement program strategies, ensuring agreement on organizational goals
- Oversee all technical aspects of program management, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance
- Collaborate with teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to ensure seamless program delivery
- Work "across the aisle" to align dependencies with other teams to support the success of the program deliverables
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of learning and improvement
- Monitor program performance and metrics, ensuring timely communication with partners
- Find and address potential risks, and develop solutions to address challenges
- Inspire creativity and process improvements to enhance program effectiveness
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, ensuring we remain at the forefront of technological advancements
