Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area
• 10 years' experience in engineering or product management of technically complex products
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes, methodologies and experience contributing to designing technical architecture
• Proven experience in operational transformation, change management, or a similar role within a technology-focused environment
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills
• Deep understanding of process improvement methodologies and designing scalable solutions
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically

Responsibilities

• Define and lead organizational transformation projects, ensuring that they meet expectations and create the desired outcomes
• Design and implement change management strategies that support the Tech organization's strategic direction
• Facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization, managing the human factors involved to minimize resistance and maximize engagement
• Drive large scale business and technology plans by identifying customer, merchant, regulatory and operational needs, analyzing business objectives, and ensuring alignment around strategy, focus areas, and key decisions
• Act as a consultant and coach to department leaders and the extended technology leadership team, identifying areas for process enhancements and efficiency gains
• Implement continuous improvement programs that contribute to the ongoing development of technical operations and cultivate a culture of excellence and innovation
• Develop and refine organizational processes that are both scalable and agile, enabling the organization to respond quickly to changing market demands while maintaining operational stability
• Up-level the Tech org by standardizing best practices and frameworks that support organizational growth and performance
• Partner with product and engineering with an agile mindset, utilizing an iterative approach to continuously improve and adapt products based on feedback and evolving organizational needs
• Initiate the development and implementation of an effective information architecture to ensure that critical information is accessible and communication flows seamlessly across the organization
• Enhance internal communication strategies to improve transparency and alignment on organization and portfolio goals, progress, trade-offs, and strategic decisions
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing strategic insights and recommendations that influence long-term business and operational strategy
• Build strong relationships across the organization to ensure that operational transformation initiatives are closely aligned with business needs and strategic goals
