Join We Are Rosie as a Program Lead to spearhead a high-impact market intelligence engagement, focusing on analyzing sales and customer success models across top global platforms. You will guide a cross-functional team in delivering a comprehensive market study, analyzing organizational models, sales motions, and client incentive structures. The ideal candidate possesses strategic insight, market expertise, and operational credibility, translating research into actionable frameworks for executive decision-making. This 6-week remote contract (EST hours) offers a competitive rate of $150/hr. The role requires leading market benchmarking efforts, designing strategic research, translating findings into recommendations, leveraging personal market intelligence, guiding cross-functional teams, and engaging with clients. The position is ideal for a senior leader with extensive experience in platform sales, customer success, or GTM strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years in senior roles across platform sales, customer success, GTM strategy, or media partnerships
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales models across top platforms (e.g., Google, Amazon, LinkedIn, Snap, TikTok, etc.)
- Demonstrated leadership in market research, including stakeholder interviews, survey execution, and trend synthesis
- Executive communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the VP and C-suite level
- Proven ability to create strategic POVs, thought leadership, and workshop-ready recommendations
- Specific recent professional experience within sales organizations at Google (including YouTube), Amazon, Microsoft (including LinkedIn), Spotify, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, or Netflix, or experience at a major management consultancy with experience working on sales strategy engagements
- Someone who has recent insight into global JBP and similar partnership structuring / decisioning AND/OR sales service models and organizational structures
Responsibilities
- Lead Market Benchmarking Efforts: Direct an in-depth research initiative exploring internal and external sales structures, incentive models, and customer success approaches across leading digital platforms
- Strategic Research Design: Own the end-to-end research design—developing interview guides, framing key client questions, and setting the path for insights delivery
- Insights & Executive Storytelling: Translate findings into strategic recommendations, frameworks, and workshop content that drive executive alignment and business impact
- Leverage Personal Market Intelligence: Apply personal experience, platform-side perspective, and industry network to validate findings and pressure-test proposed models
- Guide Cross-Functional Teams: Lead research analysts and consultants to execute stakeholder interviews, identify trends, and ensure delivery of high-quality, executive-ready outputs
- Client Engagement: Serve as the senior point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations, providing regular updates, and facilitating collaborative conversations throughout the research process
