Summary

Join SweetRush's Learning & Development team as a DiSC Facilitator! Deliver engaging DiSC assessments and training workshops to clients, primarily in the banking and financial sectors within the Chicago Metro area. This freelance role involves a maximum of 11 hours, combining virtual training, pre-work, and in-person facilitation. As a remote position, technical proficiency and comfort with virtual tools are essential. The role requires DiSC certification, relevant experience, and strong presentation skills. Requirements

  • DiSC Certification with 3+ years of experience facilitating DiSC workshops
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience delivering training in corporate environments, particularly in the banking/financial sector
  • Strong presentation and group facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proven ability to explain complex behavioral concepts in accessible ways
  • Experience with in-person and virtual facilitation tools and techniques
  • Ability to travel within the Chicago Metro area for an in-person DiSC delivery
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and learning technology platforms

Responsibilities

  • Design and facilitate an engaging DiSC assessment workshop for banking and financial services clients
  • Customize DiSC training materials to address specific client challenges and organizational goals
  • Guide participants through understanding their DiSC profiles and applying insights to improve workplace communication and team dynamics
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand their unique organizational culture and challenges
  • Gather participant feedback and provide recommendations for program improvements
  • Create post-workshop action plans to support ongoing behavior change and skills application
  • Maintain expertise in DiSC methodology and stay current on assessment updates and best practices
  • Travel to client sites within the Chicago Metro area as needed for in-person facilitation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of banking/financial industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience designing custom learning solutions that incorporate DiSC methodology
  • Background in organizational development or change management
  • Experience with coaching executives or leadership teams
  • Experience with learning experience design or instructional design principles
