Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to close deals over the phone
• Must have strong experience as a Dispositions Manager
• Must know how to overcome objections
• Excellent rapport builder with a direct selling style - using various sales techniques designed for consultative, relational selling
• Must possess a positive mental attitude, an open mind, and flexibility in approach
• Must be coachable and enjoy improving themselves
• A fast starter, able to use their people skills and talents to build a long-lasting career within the real estate industry
• Must have exceptional listening and problem-solving skills
• Must have a hunter’s mentality and also be willing to bring business to the team as well

Responsibilities

• Contact potential borrowers
• Arrange property showings
• Solicit and negotiate offers
• Move deals toward closing

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of real estate investing is a plus
