Dispute Defense Specialist

Summary

Requirements

• 3 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ years of relevant experience in the payments industry
• Superior written, oral skills and an ability to synthesize information and make clear, concise recommendations on course of action
• ���Can-do” attitude that is always willing to go above and beyond their everyday tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize projects to meet timelines efficiently, adapt to changes in priorities quickly and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Capable of working independently while also being team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic and flexible

Responsibilities

• Ensure processes for dispute defense are followed
• Interact with our customers via phone or email to explain how disputes work and advise on the best course for them
• Review customer documentation, advise on changes, and submit on their behalf
• Provide our customers status updates and explanations of decisions
• Always work to maintain our competitive advantage by giving our customers the best chargeback support in the industry
• Other duties as assigned
