Gather information and prepare professional responses to resolve issues, collaborating with clients and internal teams. Escalate complex cases and assist in strategy development. Maintain accurate records and help develop preventative measures to reverse disputes. This is a full-time position with a 2-month probationary period, working Monday to Friday during daytime EST hours.

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in dispute resolution or a related field
  • Experience handling disputes in Stripe
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Fluent in English (C1-C2 level)

Responsibilities

  • Review and investigate customer disputes to assess validity and determine appropriate action
  • Gather relevant information and prepare clear, professional responses to resolve issues
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution and gather additional context when needed
  • Escalate complex cases to management or legal and assist in strategy development
  • Maintain accurate records of all dispute activities and outcomes
  • Help develop preventative measures and work with clients to reverse disputes through effective communication
