Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of electrical distribution design experience
  • Experienced user of AutoCAD
  • Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
  • Good organization skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Provide design / engineering services for overhead and underground electrical distribution lines from meter to substation
  • Generate engineering drawings using AutoCAD
  • Troubleshoot distribution lines, switches and relays to identify and solve issues
  • Carry out projects according to schedule and budget
  • Communicate project status to various internal and external parties

Preferred Qualifications

  • For designers an associates degree is desired but not necessary as long as you have 5+ years of experience
  • For engineers an bachelor's degree is needed and having there EIT or PE would be a bonus
