Summary

Join Coalition's Documents Platform team as a Support Engineer and contribute to the creation, storage, and analysis of insurance documents. You will develop and maintain document templates, collaborating with software engineers, product managers, and underwriters. This role offers opportunities to write production-ready code or utilize scripts to improve templating processes. It's also a potential pathway for those transitioning into software engineering to enhance their technical skills. The position requires experience in scripting languages and some coding experience in Python or Go. Requirements

  • Experience in any scripting language
  • Some coding experience in Python, Go, or similar languages
  • Ability to collaborate with your team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excited to learn and grow skills and a strong passion for problem solving

Responsibilities

  • Create, develop and test templates for various documents/endorsements across all our insurance lines
  • Maintain all document templates across different development environments
  • Improve the templating tools and process in partnership with Software Engineers
  • Interface with product managers and business users to develop and create templates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with documents, templating and document management
  • Experience with Project management
