Join Evolving Web as our in-house technical expert! We're looking for a Drupal Architect/Team Lead with 5+ years of development and technical leadership experience to join our rapidly growing team. As a key member, you'll collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to create high-impact web design and development solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of development and technical leadership experience
• Excellent knowledge of Drupal architecture and APIs
• Experience with large-scale enterprise projects
• Ability to scope projects, work with clients, and lead technical workshops
• Proficiency in prioritizing and managing multiple projects
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in PHP and Drupal development
• Ability to mentor and train teams
• Experience with project management tools like Redmine or JIRA
• Strong communication skills in English and French (or willingness to apply if not fully proficient)
