  • An interest in eCommerce, Direct to Consumer, or the book business
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Work across the full stack of DTC growth efforts: customer acquisition, digital performance marketing, media buying, retention, LTV optimization, member experience programs, etc
  • Directly manage at-scale customer acquisition programs on Meta, Tiktok, email, out-of-home channels, and more
  • Conceptualize and plan A/B tests across various technical and creative variables
  • Work with the creative team to organize, track, and report on creative tests
  • Manage our cross-channel budgets to achieve CPE and CAC to LTV targets
  • Use math and data to analyze and report on performance and draw reasonable insights about performance
  • Build and manage complex project plans for key member experience programs like the annual Reading Challenge, Book of the Year program, and the Relationship Status loyalty program
  • Gather, analyze, and report on member sentiment across channels including paid media, organic social media, and member surveys
  • Report on subscriber churn and help to ideate and execute new initiatives to improve customer attention, with a focus on both voluntary and involuntary churn improvement
  • Build, proof, edit, and send emails across all audiences and continually report on performance to improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Serve as a project manager for various team and cross-functional projects; collaborate with other stakeholders effectively to complete goals
  • Execute investigations and/or research on identified topics; compile and deliver findings in an organized and presentable manner
  • Proactively communicate conflicting priorities between your responsibilities; seek to explicitly gain alignment with manager and other stakeholders

Benefits

Salary Range: $62,400 - $100,000
