Summary

Join Definity First as a Senior Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Developer and play a critical role in maintaining and evolving our complex platform. You will work remotely from anywhere in Mexico or LATAM, troubleshooting, implementing new features, and integrating systems. The ideal candidate possesses in-depth experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies and strong problem-solving skills. Requirements

• In-depth experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies, including PowerApps, Power BI and Power Automate
• Experience with C# and other relevant programming languages
• Understanding of data integration and mapping techniques
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication, collaboration skills and Advanced English
• Computer Science/Information Technology Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance our existing Dynamics 365 CRM and Customer Service platform, ensuring its stability and performance
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues, identifying and resolving problems efficiently
• Develop and implement new features and functionalities within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Design and build custom PowerApps to automate business processes and workflows
• Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with other systems and applications using various tools and techniques
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Participate in the ongoing development and improvement of our platform architecture
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure DevOps and cloud-based development environments
• Experience with other Microsoft technologies like Azure Functions and Logic Apps
