Dynamics 365 Ce/Power Platform Architect

Summary

Join Nearsure's LATAM team as a remote Solutions Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Power Platform. Lead the design and implementation of projects, bridging technology solutions with business processes and driving process automations for clients. You will architect solutions using Power Platform, develop integration strategies, and contribute to technical design, ensuring solutions meet business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders, develop migration strategies, and be a team resource for complex issues. This role requires strong technical skills, experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, and excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ Years of experience working in Solution Architecture
• 3+ Years of experience working with Dynamics 365, and Power Platform
• 2+ Years of experience working with Microsoft Azure
• 1+ Years of experience working with C#, and JavaScript
• Experience in migrations of Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement from on-premises to online as an Architect
• Fluent in Spanish
• Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the design solutions using Power Platform
• Develop integration strategies that align with the organization’s business goals and technological landscape
• Develop migration strategies from Dynamics CRM on-premises to Dynamics 365 customer engagement online services
• Contribute to the technical design in projects on ensuring that solutions meet business needs and performance standards
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT teams and business units, to gather requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions
• Develop the approach, strategy, and plan to manage the migration and integration of data and systems across the Enterprise
• Be a team referral to solve complex situations or technical issues
• Do project estimations and contribute to PreSales, helping to close deals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on Dynamics 365 customer insights - journeys as an Architect
• Experience in Legacy Dynamics 365 CRM/CE on-premises
• Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with other systems
• MB 210 or MB 230
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
