Join mcaConnect as a Dynamics 365 ERP Modern Platform Management Consultant – Supply Chain! This telecommuting position allows you to work from anywhere in the U.S. You will collaborate with the mcaConnect team to ensure successful implementations meeting client expectations. Troubleshooting and resolving Dynamics 365 ERP application issues is a key responsibility. You will assist clients with various modules, including Sales & Marketing, Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Master Planning, and Warehouse Management. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Dynamics 365 ERP T&L certification, and specific experience with Dynamics 365 ERP.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing or related field plus 3 years of industry and/or consulting experience
• Certification in Dynamics 365 ERP T&L certification
• 2 years’ Dynamics 365 ERP Manufacturing/Supply Chain experience
• Minimum of 1 year of Dynamics 365 ERP implementation experience and 1 full lifecycle of a Dynamics 365 ERP implementation (Analysis – Deployment)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with mcaConnect team to ensure that the implementation meets the customers’ expectations
• Be self-motivated to troubleshoot and resolve issues with the Dynamics 365 ERP application
• Own the issue and work with customers, partners, and team members until resolution is delivered
• Assist customers with the Sales and Marketing, Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory Management, Master Planning, and Warehouse Management modules
