Summary

The job is for a Senior international Dynamics 365 F&O Finance consultant at HSO International, a leading Microsoft Partner. The role involves working on global projects, delivering high-quality services to clients, and personal development supported by the organization. The candidate should have a university degree in Finance and Accounting, Business and Finance Management or a comparable relevant education, at least 5 to 8 years of ERP consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier versions of Dynamics AX, and extensive pre-sales experience.

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance and Accounting, Business and Finance Management, or a comparable relevant education
  • A financial background in early parts of your career
  • At least 5 to 8 years of ERP consulting experience โ€“ Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier versions of Dynamics AX preferably
  • Experience of at least six large international end-to-end ERP implementations โ€“ preferable with intercontinental rollouts
  • Experience as a (lead) senior consultant on at least two international end-to-end ERP implementations
  • Extensive pre-sales experience
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and implement Dynamics 365 F&O (AX) financial modules internationally
  • Deliver high quality business and software application services to clients
  • The creation of high quality and sustainable client solutions
  • Deliver all consultancy according to the HSO Project Methodology, ensuring that all software applications are implemented successfully according to the project plan
  • Meet customer expectations of business knowledge, skills and behavior
  • Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary
  • Communicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally and informally
  • Participate in pre-sales activities as requested
  • Always represent HSO International in a professional and positive manner
  • Advise customers on industriesโ€™ best practices in a proactive rather than passive way

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written; other languages such as French, German, Spanish and Italian are a big plus
  • Good communication skills and creativity in solving problems
  • Strong analytical skills and proactivity
  • Customer-orientation, willingness to take responsibility, and ability to work independently
  • Team player who can easily fit into an international vibrant team of colleagues from different cultures and locations
