Summary

Join Bridge Partners, a leading growth consultancy, for an Early in Career Program! This program offers recent college graduates (within 3 years of graduation) a chance to work remotely (30-40 hours/week) as a Marketing Project Coordinator or Project Coordinator from January to May 2025, with potential for full-time employment. The program focuses on roles supporting product and service campaigns for tech and cloud clients. Successful candidates will possess strong project management, communication, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in relevant tools and platforms. Requirements

• Recent college graduate (within the last 3 years)
• Major in Marketing (including Digital Marketing and Media, Content and Copywriting, Journalism and Communications, and Marketing Operations/Analytics) or Business Administration and Management (including Business Operations and Strategy, Consulting, Change Management and Business Transformation, or Product Management)
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
• Skills in GenAI, O365, research and marketing tools & platforms (for Marketing Project Coordinator)
• Skills in GenAI, O365, and project management tools & platforms (for Project Coordinator)
• Strong business systems, organizational, project management, and communication skills (for Project Coordinator)

Responsibilities

• Help produce content to support product and service campaigns and launches for tech and cloud clients
• Ensure marketing collateral and content projects are effectively tracked, scheduled, and delivered on time
• Work with teams of writers, designers, and project leaders
• Understand the standard methodologies of product and solution marketing
• Ensure project deliverables and tasks are effectively tracked, scheduled, and completed on time
• Work with teams of consultants specializing in sales, marketing, and business operations
• Understand the basic tools and methodologies of project and program management including project scheduling, stakeholder communications, and meeting facilitation
