eCommerce Merchandising Coordinator

Summary

The Ecommerce Merchandising Coordinator will assist in the day-to-day execution of site merchandising work, owning item set-up and maintenance for all products on the site, bundle SKU set-up, creating and maintaining Category pages, executing weekly item launches, and supporting ad hoc projects. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, comfortable with various systems, a strong cross-functional team player, able to work in a remote environment, and stay focused in fast-paced environments.

• Highly organized professional who has an unparalleled attention to detail and take pride in the accuracy of your data entry work
• Solid cross-functional team player able to work with multiple teams and maintain positive, collaborative relationships
• Comfortable chasing down the information you need to do your work effectively and efficiently
• Able to take direction from multiple teams, as this role will support the site merchandising, 3rd party buying, and Grove’s Owned Brands teams
• Able to stay focused and productive in fast-paced environment with last minute direction
• Can work effectively in a remote work culture using Zoom, Slack, Gmail, and shared Google docs to take direction and provide status updates
• Strong comfort with systems, comfortable working in Grove's Molly system, Netsuite, Looker, Asana, Google drive/docs, Drop Box, Slack, and Excel

Responsibilities

• Own item set-up and maintenance for all products on the site
• Own bundle SKU set-up for all brands
• Create and maintain Category pages in the Molly system
• Execute weekly item launches for new items from all 3rd Party brands and Owned Brands
• Complete ad hoc projects to support major functional site improvements
• Support us in entry level work across our inventory planning and buying teams on an ad hoc basis or during staffing outages

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a similar role or industry is beneficial but not mandatory
