Requirements

• Language: Professional fluency in English, with excellent communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in e-commerce in a trading role
• Experience: 4+ years of Direct-to-Consumer marketing experience
• Experience: 2+ years of experience working across different markets/countries

Responsibilities

• Create roadmaps for future expansion plans based on market trends, barriers to entry & biggest opportunities
• Improve commercials for the business by optimizing trading aspects in various markets
• Take full P&L accountability and focus on driving profitable volume growth
• Conduct full competitor research in order to manage pricing and maintain strong competitiveness
• Lead campaigns from a trading perspective, making sure the right products are used, margins optimized, UX/mechanics are clear, as well as making sure to minimize write offs
• Oversee all online marketing channels and work alongside offline marketing team to improve omni-channel performance
• Work closely with product development and marketing teams to outline and develop the future products based on needs and trends in the market
• Work with other departments to improve the customer journey and UX on the platform
• Ideate and develop reports to track KPIs such as FX impact on GP, conversion rates, site funnel reporting etc…
