Ecosystem Engineer

Summary

Join Monad Labs, a team building the performant and parallel EVM Layer-1 blockchain, as an Ecosystem Engineer to foster strong relationships with developers and contribute to design, development, and testing of applications built on Monad.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Solidity, the EVM, and related tooling (Foundry, Etherscan, etc.)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a smart contract engineering role
• Familiarity with community management platforms such as Telegram and Discord
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and user-friendly manner
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Fastidious attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with developers, providing them with the tools, resources, and support to thrive within the blockchain ecosystem
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, tutorials, sample code, and other resources to empower developers
• Engage with the developer community to gather valuable insights, identify areas for product enhancement, and solve the problems
• Collaborate with various teams such as engineering and ecosystem teams
• Provide timely and effective technical support to developers, assisting with troubleshooting, technical inquiries, and integration challenges
