Requirements

• Skills: EDIFECS, Healthcare standards, HIPAA, EDI, SQL

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement EDIFECS solutions for healthcare transactions (claims, enrollment, eligibility, payments)
• Work with EDI standards (837, 835, 277, 278) to ensure smooth data flow between systems
• Customize EDIFECS tools to meet business needs, including creating mapping rules and transforming data
• Provide ongoing support for EDIFECS systems, troubleshooting issues and improving processes
• Work with business analysts and IT teams to deliver effective solutions
• Document configurations, processes, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA)
• Monitor and optimize EDIFECS systems for performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other healthcare standards (HL7, NCPDP)
• Certifications in EDIFECS or healthcare integration tools
• Strong experience with EDIFECS software (e.g., EDIFECS Translator, Claims Management)
• Familiarity with HIPAA and EDI standards (837, 835, 277, 278)
• Proficient in SQL and working with data transformation tools
