Join Highsnobiety as an Editorial Intern! Assist our content manager and senior social media manager in creating engaging content for the Highsnobiety app, filming and editing content for social media, and participating in team brainstorms. Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, motivated, interested in luxury fashion and culture, and currently enrolled in a university program related to journalism, design, marketing, or communication.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of video editing in CapCut
Extremely detail-oriented and organized
Able to write clean, pithy copy - strong writing skills
Keen eye for engaging visuals
Interested in creating video content
A strong sense of what Highsnobiety represents. You should be plugged into popular culture with awareness of what’s going in in fashion, music, and other elements of Highsnobiety’s landscape
Enthusiastic about working on new platforms with high growth potential within the company
Currently enrolled in a university program that is linked to journalism, design, marketing, communication (or similar), or are a recent graduate
Must be local to NYC and authorized to work in the US at least 3 days a week and come into our NY office twice a week (Tuesday and Wednesday)

Responsibilities

Create engaging, timely content for the Highsnobiety app
Film and edit content for the social media team
Assist the Content Manager to strategize long term initiatives exclusive to the Highsnobiety app
Participate in team brainstorms and content-planning sessions
Support the Director of Social and Director of Editorial Operations on ad-hoc projects

Preferred Qualifications

Practical experience and internships in similar companies are a plus
