Requirements

• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, audience engagement strategies, and digital publishing workflows
• Demonstrated experience managing remote, international teams
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to handle high-pressure news cycles
• Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, WordPress CMS, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)

Responsibilities

• Define and uphold editorial vision, tone, and quality standards across all content
• Recruit, manage, and mentor writers, editors, and contributors across time zones, maintaining high morale and performance
• Develop and execute strategic content plans aligned with traffic goals, reader engagement, and revenue targets
• Oversee daily article approval, headline crafting, fact-checking, and style consistency
• Utilize data and performance metrics to refine content strategies and identify new editorial opportunities
• Stay current with aviation trends, major industry news, and competitor movements to guide proactive coverage
• Work closely with SEO teams, social media managers, and commercial departments to amplify reach and revenue
