Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements and controls
• Conduct quality tests
• Analyze volume trends
• Develop reporting related to quality and operational risk management
• Analyzes EFT transactions and related documentation
• Participates in the development and support of policies and work procedures
• Assesses and audit sample data collected by EFT management
• Identifies, analyzes, and provides recommendations to customers and internal teams on nonconformance items
• Prepares reports containing key performance indicators

Preferred Qualifications

ACH Accreditations (AAP) or NCP (National Check Professional)
