Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Electrical/Power System Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered
  • 3+ years of experience in the manufacture or design of electrical equipment
  • Exceptional collaborative skills, with proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams, leading quality assurance efforts, and fostering an environment of teamwork and cooperation
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to team members, stakeholders, and customers
  • Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented, with proven ability to work independently and under pressure, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively

Responsibilities

  • Specify, procure, and maintain test equipment for firmware testing of a power control product (power sources, analyzers, etc.)
  • Design and implement hardware interfaces and test fixtures
  • Set up precision measurement systems and data acquisition equipment
  • Ensure all test equipment is properly calibrated and maintained
  • Ensure all hardware meets safety standards and electrical codes
  • Provide hardware troubleshooting and repair support
