Remote Email & Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator II

Summary

Requirements

• 1-3 years of email marketing or marketing coordination experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business preferred
• Knowledge of applicable computer programs including MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong workflow management, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, receptive to feedback, excel at time management, have the ability to organize complex information, and manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines
• Experience working within a Project Management platform preferably Asana & Miro

Responsibilities

• Serving as the primary support role to CRM Manager
• Coordinating all day-to-day marketing campaigns across channels in all phases from ideation, strategy, brief development, routing brief updates, assigning Asana tasks, tracking creative delivery, routing feedback, and passing assets to production
• Taking notes at all required meetings, formatting and sharing them with CRM Manager and Director post-meetings highlighting follow-ups
• Actioning any updates on related Asana tasks and following up with CRM Manager on any action needed post-meeting
• Primary lead for retail marketing (New Store Openings, retail event, community event) messages across email and sms
• Tracking tasks via Asana, tracking creative delivery, managing requests and feedback from the retail marketing team, passing assets to production, and scheduling
