As an Embedded Systems Engineer, you will develop, integrate, and test software and firmware systems, define requirements for internal software solutions, design novel solutions for our products, debug and optimize hardware production systems, write efficient and scalable code, and communicate with clients. This role requires 3+ years of experience with C/C++, Python, and shell programming, knowledge of embedded systems and Linux OS, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication skills. Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience with C/C++, Python and shell programming languages
- Knowledge and experience in developing software/firmware for embedded systems
- Good knowledge of Linux OS
- Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Passion for developing novel and unique systems that have a direct impact in peopleβs lives
- Natural leadership, winning personality and a drive to disrupt
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Develop, integrate and test software and firmware systems
- Help in the definition of requirements and the development of internal software solutions to support production processes
- Contribute to the design of novel solutions that can be integrated into our products, including the prototyping of new modules
- Debugging and optimization of hardware production systems
- Writes well-designed, efficient, and scalable code, and also participates in code reviews and contributes to the development of standards and best practices
- Communicates with clients to gather requirements and provide technical support
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Zephyr RTOS
- Experience with NRF52 SoC
- Experience with wireless technologies such as Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), WiFi
- Experience with sensor fusion/inertial sensing
