Summary

Join our team as an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant to assist in the deployment and operationalization of a new environment, utilizing specialized skills in Dell EMC PowerFlex.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Dell EMC PowerFlex. setup, configuration, and management
• Strong understanding of storage infrastructure. , virtualization, and network integration
• Ability to educate and train customer teams on PowerFlex, providing clear guidance and best practices
• Experience operationalizing IT infrastructure in production environments, including system performance tuning and optimization
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to address technical issues quickly
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the customer’s IT staff
• Flexible availability to accommodate varying time zones (Central, Mountain, East Coast)
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks for both part-time and full-time engagement as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation, configuration, and setup of the PowerFlex platform in the customer’s environment
• Provide in-depth training and education to the customer’s IT team on PowerFlex features, management, and maintenance
• Work closely with the customer to operationalize the platform, ensuring it integrates smoothly into their existing IT infrastructure and meets performance, scalability, and reliability goals
• Assist in tuning the system for optimal performance and provide recommendations on best practices for maintenance and future scalability
• Create comprehensive documentation on the system configuration, operational processes, and troubleshooting procedures
• Provide ongoing technical support during the project, resolving any issues that arise in a timely manner
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout the project, ensuring clear communication, timely responses, and a high level of satisfaction
