The job is for an Emotionally Focused Therapy Trainer who will deliver virtual EFT training to 40 Readjustment Counselors and Vet Center Directors. Requirements

• Certified trainer in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
• Expertise in providing training to mental health professionals
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of EFT fundamentals, theories, interventions, and tools, particularly in the context of working with Veterans, service members, and their families
• Proven experience in conducting virtual training sessions and facilitating interactive group experiences

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual EFT training to 40 Readjustment Counselors and Vet Center Directors
• Provide instruction on EFT fundamentals, interventions, and tools for Veteran and service member couples
• Facilitate interactive sessions promoting positive change and growth
• Guide participants on practical EFT application during consultations
