Requirements
- 3+ years of Internal Communications experience
- Extensive experience in project management with high exposure cross-functional teams
- In-depth knowledge of employee engagement and communication strategies, best practices, and industry trends
- HR experience (employee engagement/employee experience)
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful engagement initiatives
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive internal communications and employee engagement strategies aligned with the mission, values, and business objectives
- Work with marketing, HR, and other relevant departments to amplify engagement and internal communication initiatives
- Design and execute effective communication strategies to keep employees informed about company updates, initiatives, and achievements
- Create and implement feedback mechanisms for proactive, regular employee input and insights
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to integrate engagement initiatives across HR events and programs
- Continue building a culture of recognition to celebrate achievements, contributions, and milestones
- Utilize employee engagement metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and make data-driven recommendations
- Generate regular reports to communicate engagement trends and progress to leadership and stakeholders

- Salary range: $71,500-$95,500
- Eligibility for a discretionary bonus
