EMR Integration Specialist

As our first EMR Integration Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving successful implementation of EMR integration and ensuring healthcare providers can easily access UNITY. Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience implementing EMR systems, electronic health records, or patient/provider portals, ideally at a diagnostic company or CLIA lab
• Strong understanding of CLIA labs, healthcare organizations, and the end-to-end EMR integration process, and how to bridge together all 3
• Proven healthcare project management experience with successful track record of managing deadlines, customers, and schedules
• Strong ability to build effective relationships with clients and staff at all levels
• Very tech-savvy – previous experience in a technical role is a plus
• Ability to work cohesively with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, and effectively manage expectations
• Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the US

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise of all BillionToOne EMR solutions; consistently optimize solution offerings and implementation processes
• Collaborate with healthcare providers/systems and their IT teams to develop and execute implementation plans, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery with the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Lead key activities such as workflow assessment, roll-out planning, training plans, change management, Go-Live Support, Post Go-Live Support planning, coordination of legal agreements
• Coordinate internal and client teams to complete Data Migration, Content Development, Interfaces, Enrollment, and Billing Configuration work streams
• Provide end-user training
• Post-integration, own the live customer relationship and act as main point of contact for any integration issues, changes, etc
• Educate BTO sales teams and external clients on EMR Integration
• Navigate and champion IT project requests
• Work closely with sales representatives to continuously evaluate and enhance the onboarding experience
