Requirements

Two years recent experience in loan origination system support

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to Encompass users via phone, email, and remote desktop
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Encompass loan origination system
• Assist with the configuration and customization of Encompass settings to meet user needs
• Maintain and update user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Document and track support requests, issues, and resolutions using the help desk ticketing system
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
• Conduct user training sessions and create training materials to enhance user proficiency
• Stay current with Encompass updates, new features, and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Mortgage industry experience
• Experience with Ellie Mae Encompass LOS
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Previous system support experience
