Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role within IT operations, ideally with exposure to patch management, endpoint protection, or enterprise-level systems
- Solid understanding of security standards and frameworks, along with experience using patch management solutions and working knowledge of IT infrastructure
- Proven ability to partner with engineering teams to define, document, and enhance technical workflows and processes
- Track record of implementing process improvements, automating workflows, and developing meaningful performance metrics while aligning with key stakeholders
- Skilled in using data visualization and reporting tools to analyze and present security-related insights
- Hands-on experience with IT service management platforms (such as ServiceNow or Zendesk), Agile project management tools (like Jira), and maintaining user-facing documentation (e.g., SharePoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and capable of driving collaboration across teams
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and deploying a consistent Patch Management strategy across multiple teams
- Partner with Engineering, Security, Vulnerability Management, and other stakeholders to streamline patching processes, improve remediation efforts, and align with established standards (e.g., Secure Score, industry security benchmarks)
- Review current patching and remediation methods to uncover opportunities for automation, scalability, and process optimization
- Create and refine workflows for evaluating vulnerabilities and assessing impacts to enhance engineering productivity and decision-making
- Integrate patching activities with broader security operations, including routine remediations, vulnerability assessments, and audit preparations
- Collaborate with the Device Management team to produce user-friendly content that enhances knowledge sharing and supports Helpdesk and self-service functions
- Contribute to building a centralized reporting dashboard that offers insights into patch compliance and overall security health
- Support change management efforts, drive stakeholder collaboration, and ensure clear communication to promote successful adoption of new processes
- Monitor and report on key indicators such as Secure Score progression, usage of new processes, and levels of user engagement
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, Secure Score, industry best practices, and tools used in vulnerability and patch management
- Experience aligning business and technical workflows with endpoint security and system patching strategies
- Technical aptitude and analytical capabilities in using tools such as Microsoft Defender and Tanium

- Salary range for this role is $120,000-$140,000 per year, dependent on experience
