Join our Digital Product Engineering company as an IT Business Engineer Lead in Core Banking, specializing in Temenos Transact. You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, gathering and analyzing business processes, and proposing functional solutions. Lead system enhancement planning and design for Core Banking initiatives, recommending scalable solutions while mitigating risks. Coordinate requirement analysis and system change management across project phases, overseeing development, testing, migration, user training, and release management. Ensure alignment of system changes with business goals and regulatory mandates, and champion stakeholder collaboration. Apply Agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 12β15 years of experience in IT business analysis, system engineering, and support focused on Core Banking
- Strong background in Private Banking products including: Credit Products : Mortgage, Lombard Loans, Structured Finance, Guarantees
- Derivatives : Options, Structured Products
- Securities : Equities, Fixed Income, Funds
- Deep understanding of Temenos Transact modules: AA, MD, SC, DX, SY
- Experience leading PLWs (Product Lifecycle Workshops) and designing processes for new applications
- Hands-on familiarity with SDLC and Agile frameworks (SCRUM/KANBAN)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Effective communicator with sound technical writing skills
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in teams
- Resilient under pressure, able to manage concurrent priorities
- Commitment to high-quality service delivery

- Lead system enhancement planning and design for Core Banking initiatives
- Recommend scalable solutions while mitigating operational and delivery risks
- Co-ordinate requirement analysis and system change management across project phases
- Oversee development, testing, migration, user training, and release management
- Ensure alignment of system changes with business goals and regulatory mandates
- Proactively document change logs, provide status updates, and escalate issues as needed
- Champion stakeholder collaboration to clarify requirements and impact assessments
- Apply Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban throughout project lifecycle
