Summary

The Engineering Team Lead role at Seedify involves leading and energizing a cross-functional product team, managing engineers and testers, defining effective work practices, collaborating with Product to outline and execute the roadmap, and being an integral part of a multi-disciplinary product development team. Requirements

• 5+ Years of experience working as a Software Engineer or Senior Software Engineer
• At least 1 year of experience leading, coaching, managing a team of engineers in a fast-paced and complex environment
• Experience with React, Typescript / Javascript, building REST APIs, using frameworks like Express or NestJS, NoSQL and SQL databases
• Interest on Web3 ecosystem and blockchain
• Experience working on a user-centric product development environment

• Develop new products, improve existing products, processes, and operational strategies
• Take responsibility for the architecture of the systems within your team
