Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience
• 2+ years of engineering management experience, leading full stack (web and mobile) product teams
• Experienced in front-end development and has a deep understanding of modern web and mobile frameworks
• Passionate about improving the user experience and have built and launched high-quality user-facing products
• Skilled at collaborating with stakeholders and driving execution across team and organizational boundaries
• Thrives in ambiguous situations, effectively balancing trade-offs to deliver high-impact outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of backend, frontend, mobile engineers, guiding the development of features and services for CoinTracker’s Consumer product
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other teams to define roadmap for Consumer engineering team
• Facilitate planning, prioritization, sequencing, and staffing of work
• Coach and mentor direct reports, supporting their career growth and driving positive impact

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing engineering teams at startups before, particularly during periods of rapid growth and organizational change
• Experience with crypto
