Remote Engineering Manager

Summary

Requirements

• 5 Years experience in Data Engineering, including working with big Data
• At least 2 years experience leading data engineering teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or comparable

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the team including all aspects of objective planning, providing technical input, monitoring execution, performance reviews etc
• Collaborate with product management and lead team to fulfil company goals
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements
• Act as individual contributor to support the team’s output

Preferred Qualifications

• DevOps, Prometheus, Grafana
• K8S, Helm-Charts, Argo Workflows/ArgoCD
• Experience with AWS
• Gitlab
