Engineering Manager

Requirements

• Strong engineering background in a C derivative language (our stack includes a Java/Springboot Back-End and a React/Typescript/NextJS Front-End)
• Strong understanding of cloud-based application development (we are 100% cloud-based on AWS)
• Experience collaborating with multi-functional teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead one of our squads (4-5 people)
• Hold responsibility for the squad's performance and culture
• Foster engineering excellence within your team
• Ensure performance aligns with DORA-based metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading successful and high performing engineering teams
• Familiarity with Lean/Agile engineering, DevOps and DORA metrics
• Experience in a regulated, similarly sized scale-up business is highly desirable (50-200 people)
