Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of engineers who will contribute directly to user and revenue growth by working on our monetization features
  • Drive business impact by collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and designers via significant bet initiatives, iterative experimentation, and technical investments
  • Hire, develop, and manage engineers by fostering a psychological safety, diversity, and inclusion culture. The role is essential in creating a highly productive, healthy, and enjoyable working environment for the team
  • Be a sounding board for Growth strategy and tactics to create sustainable growth for the organization
