Requirements

  • Strong experience with Angular, GoLang, React and AWS
  • 10+ years experience in software development/web application development, specializing in microservices architecture
  • 5+ years experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of designers and developers
  • Proven track record of architecting and delivering enterprise-level reliable and scalable solutions
  • Experience working with FHIR, HL7 formats
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
  • Must be able to attain low-level security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of great engineers
  • Be responsible for the planning, executing and direction of the team
  • Work in an Agile environment
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of APIs
  • Understand the business use case of the software being built
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance and support
  • Nurture a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive culture
  • Successfully breakdown technical items in discussions with the business users
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Take direction from senior leadership and translate it into concrete next steps and actions
