Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of professional engineering experience, including 6+ years as an individual contributor and 2+ years in engineering management
- Experience managing an engineering team with 7+ direct reports where you were responsible performance management, mentoring, and career growth
- Proven track record of managing projects with fixed deadlines and delivering high-quality results
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and stakeholders
- Solid understanding of modern engineering principles, tools, and processes
Responsibilities
- Guide a team of passionate and collaborative engineers to build crucial product experiences and technologies, from redesigning our therapist matching flow to rearchitecting our patient creation backend
- Work closely with your product and cross-functional partners to own our core patient funnel and the corresponding patient conversion metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional projects
- Demonstrated ability to craft and communicate a clear technical vision and strategy
- Experience mentoring and growing engineering talent
- A customer-focused mindset, emphasizing delivering value and enhancing the user experience
