Engineering Manager

Summary

Join Token Metrics as an Engineering Manager, leading and developing diverse teams of data engineers, software engineers, data scientists, and QA testers. You will build and manage teams, formulate and execute project strategies, and coordinate with stakeholders. Responsibilities include researching and developing new designs and products, proposing project budgets, and overseeing project activities. Success requires exceptional foresight, communication skills, and a working knowledge of various engineering disciplines. Ideally, candidates will demonstrate supervisory and technical skills and understand the industry's complexities.

Requirements

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Architect
• Scrum Master, Agile
• React Native, Node JS, Javascript, Python
• Design Thinking/Product Management
• Sonarqube (or similar code review software)
• Feature management (launchdarkly, split, or something similar)
• Master's degree in engineering management, technical management, or business administration
• Bachelor's degree in the engineering field
• Many years' engineering experience
• Proven supervisory and technical skills
• Must come highly recommended
