Engineering Manager - Developer Environment

Summary

Join Canva's Developer Environment team and lead the charge in creating seamless development experiences for engineers. You will own the IDE strategy, drive improvements to DevPod and Devbox capabilities, and deliver a unified interface for common developer workflows. Responsibilities

• Leading the Developer Environment team, ensuring smooth delivery of frictionless development experiences
• Owning our IDE strategy and driving DevPod improvements and Devbox capability uplifts
• Delivering a unified interface to support common developer workflows
• Driving adoption of AI-powered coding tools across the engineering org
• Collaborating with Infra and DevX teams to deliver a cohesive tooling ecosystem
• Making sound long-term investments to support Canva’s hyperscale growth
